Friday, 23rd Aug

Site open:  9.00am
Gate Open: 2:00 pm
Soup Kitchen: 6.00pm
Stewarding Meeting: 8.30pm
Lights out/Quiet on site: 10.00pm

Saturday, 24th August

7.30am  Breakfast at the Great Hall
9.00am Morning Announcements
9.30am – 12.00pm Classes/Guild Events
12.00 – 1.30pm Lunch at the Great Hall
1.30pm-5.00pm Classes/Guild events/A&S Judging begins
5.30pm  Kids Dinner & Feast set up
6pm -Feast Begins
8.30pm – Bardic Circle, Games and Dancing (Weather and site permitting including Bonfire)
10.00pm – Lights out in halls/Quiet on site

Sunday, 25th August

7.30am  Breakfast
9.00am Morning Announcements
9.30am – 12.00pm  Classes/Guild events
12.00-1.30  Lunch
1.30-3.00pm – Classes/Guild events
3.00pm – Site closed/pack down
5pm – everyone offsite unless staying another day
