The Guilded Symposium

There are two types of accommodation options available on site.

Dormitory (mixed configurations)

Unpowered camping

Note: There is no powered camping available. If you are bringing an RV/camper van there are only TWO powered places, these will be allocated on who books first.

Upper Accommodation Block

If staying in the dormitories, you will be required to bring your own linen. A pillow will be provided, and some beds will have a mattress protector on them. There is a laundry onsite however this is to be prioritised by the kitchen.

Please keep in mind that the event is being held in winter near the snow fields where it can get very cold, so pack for the weather.

If you wish to camp as a group, please let us know so that we can allocate the space.  Email bookings@bordescros.lochac.sca.org with detail of number of tents etc.  No fires are allowed onsite outside of designated area/s.
