Pricing is based on several factors: how many people are attending, what ages are attending, and how early you book. Some costs are fixed and outside of our control, such as the non-member Event insurance and the Accommodation costing. Prices rise closer to the event, as costs to factor in late bookings also rise. Booking early is preferred, and recommended.

How the payment plan works: book early with a 25% deposit… and then each payday, fortnight, or month make a part payment. The total amount must be paid in full prior to the event. The earlier you book, the more available payments can be made, making each payment smaller.
Please indicate on the booking sheet if you opt for a PP.
Any payments not finalised on or before August 11th, 2024 will be treated as an ‘at the Gate’ booking and will be required to pay the outstanding (higher) balance in order to attend the event.
Direct Deposit is the preferred method of payment. Please wait for the booking confirmation email from the Booking Officer before making payment. Please email the Booking Officer if you have not received confirmation within 48 hours of submitting a booking form.
Due to the way the site is charging us for use, the Accommodation costs are separate from the event price. The site is rural, with a roughly 5 minute drive into Yackandandah and a 35 minute drive to Albury-Wodonga. These prices are set by Discovery Camp and Bordescros/The Guilded Symposium is not making any money on the Accommodation Price.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so before August 11th, as after this date you may be charged the cost of food as a cancellation fee, as our catering team will need to start purchasing ingredients and start prepping for the event. Please email the Steward and we will discuss
